Where I am it’s windy and rainy and chilly, and I’m snugged up on my sofa with a cosy throw blanket and a snoozing bulldog footwarmer. I just had crumpets with pineapple jam and am finishing my tea. Spotify is playing, and I’m in no rush to do anything.

Last night we hooked up a five horse trailer. About 11am, we are heading to Belton to a wild horse auction.
It's 1-30 am here.
I'm closing things down and then off to bed.

I am! I’ve lived here all my life, so I’ll probably die here eventually. lol

It's 10AM, it's cloudy, damp and chilly outside, tired from a two and a half hour laundromat experience. Now that I've spent an hour putting away the laundry and making up the beds, I'm just sitting in my recliner reviewing emails. The wife is a way on her Saturday morning errands and a luncheon with some friends, the dog is curled up in her bed under a sweatshirt that she stole from me.
We had planned to take a little cruise downriver with some dock friends this afternoon, but the weather does not seem to be cooperating, so it may be a gathering at our boat instead. Gotta take a car trip tomorrow, back to the marina we spent the summer at, need to retrieve a car we left there.
I feel like I’ve asked this but I don’t recall the answer, so forgive me if this is a repeat; do you winter over aboard? I feel like the answer is yes but I really can’t recall.

We took the boat trip for a couple of hours, the clouds parted for most of it, it was pleasent on the bridge but the other six folks did not venture out of the cabin for more than a few minutes. So, we ended our cruise from the lower station, sipping hot coffee and muching on munchies.

Got back from running errands and called out of work. Going to take it easy.
I am drinking a cup of coffee, and listening to classical music on my stereo before walking to my favorite neighborhood tavern. The owner is white. Most of the regulars are black. Some of the black ones buy me drinks. I owe several of them drinks, so I better take enough cash with me.
If you need a bit of help, Shooter would be glad to assist with a loan. No interest, pay it back when you can.
You'll probably need to wait until the beginning of the month before you are able to repay their kindness towards you...or maybe it's not kindness at all, perhaps they want to get you drunk to take sexual advantage of you....either way, 6 of one...half a dozen of the other.
I have money in the bank. Some of the regulars might not, so I better bring plenty of cash.
